Our return policy depends on type of purchse
Retail Purchase
You can return any product for any reason for a full refund within
7 days of receipt. After 7 days, no returns will be accepted, or refunds will be allowed.
Returned items must be in original unused mint condition, in the original packaging, and the customer is
responsible for return shipping cost.
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase next day of our receiving your returns.
We only don't accept return of products bought from
Discounted Stock Abayas category
as mentioned in category page.
VERY IMPORTANT Please contact us before returning your order to give you return address, otherwise returns may not be received.
Wholesale Purchase
We double check items purchased for quality and to be exactly
what you ordered in colors, quantity and as described on site.
We shall accept returns only for
following reasons:
- If product sent is defected.
- Wrong item sent.
- Item received not as described on site.
You can return any product for any of the above reasons for a
refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt of order. After 14 days, no
returns will be accepted, or refunds will be allowed.
