ICS offers two type of discounts, "quantity discount"
and "wholesale discount". Quantity discount applies to all buyers
with no need to have an account, and discount applies once the
quantity required for discount is reached. Percentage of quantity
discounts are written at top of each category. " Wholesale
discount" applies only to wholesalers, who need to have an
activated account before buying so discount applies on orders.

You will be asked to login in or make new
account.... click on "New Account"
Enter Your full name, e-mail and password
you want then click "Create Account".
Once you created account you will be
forwarded to your account control panel, under the "Address
Management", add your address details , you may add more
than one address by repeating process if you have a "billing
address" which should be matching your bank records and a
"shipping address" if different than billing address. Please
make sure that you provide a working telephone number which
is mainly used by courier service to contact you before
attempt of delivery.
When finished please
Contact Us to activate your wholesale account.
We shall e-mail you that your account has
been activated.
After activation, once you log in the store prices will
change to wholesale and your account control panel will
show on this page instead of "Login button" as long as you
are logged in, also in the "mini login window" your name
will show
Other things you can manage from your
control panel is "The wish list" and "gift registry" will
allow you to create your own list of items in your account
which can be purchased at a later date. It also allows for
the creation of lists which can be sent to friends and
family for occasions such as birthdays, weddings etc. so
they can purchase the items which you has requested. read

Before you start shopping you must always
remember to start by login to your account through mini
login window found at top of this page or on left menu bar make
sure that status window shows: Logged in as (your name).
Once you are logged in discounts will apply and store prices
change to wholesale prices.
General conditions:
Order fulfillment:
Orders including abayas (which need to be
tailored) takes 12 days to be ready for shipping, other products
which are ready made order needs only 3 days to be shipped.
Shipping:
We have two methods of shipping
Express: by Aramex courier service , 4-5
days delivery time most countries worldwide, with online
tracking available.
Standard: By Egyptian Mail Service (EMS),
14-18 days delivery most countries worldwide, parcel is
registered but there is no online tracking of order.
** Bulk wholesale orders from 25KG (55 lbs) and
over has a discounted shipping discount of about 25%, when order
is shipped difference of shipping cost between what you paid and
actual cost is refunded.
Payment: We accept four types of payment select
the one you prefer when making order

Custom Duties:
"ICSis not liable for any
additional cost like customs duty and/or taxes due to buyer's
country regulations. We don't collect in our order value, any
taxes or custom duties to be paid on behalf of buyer."
